End-User License Agreement
This EULA is a placeholder for the Beta period. The final version is pending review by legal counsel. For any urgent legal questions, contact info@aec.codes.
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the AEC.codes QTO add-in. By installing or using the add-in, you agree to these terms.
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between you (the End User) and MAW EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria, trading as AEC.codes (the "Licensor").
2. Grant of license
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the QTO add-in on machines you own or control, for the purposes described in the product documentation.
3. Tier scope
The QTO add-in is offered in two tiers — Free and Pay — as described on the License & Tiers help page. During the public Beta, all users run as Free; Pay-tier features are not accessible.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-in except where permitted by applicable law.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the add-in.
- Remove or alter copyright notices or product identifiers.
5. Beta-specific terms
The Beta release is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Licensor's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. By participating in the Beta, you acknowledge that bugs, data inconsistencies, and feature changes are expected.
6. Data & privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy notice. The add-in does not transmit your model contents and does not perform background telemetry.
7. Termination
The Licensor may terminate this license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the add-in. Termination does not affect data already stored in your own Revit projects (which remains yours).
8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia.
